little by little the bottle winds down now comes the numbness. no feelings is what you yearn for so you ask for another drink

now your speech starts to slur things take time to register; you feel no pain, no hurt can be near you. and your in a state of blur

the pain you once felt is now miles away, yet you still want another drink your in a completely relaxed mood as you reach for another, the bottle is empty.
